On June 14, 2021, Humble completed a reverse takeover, or RTO, of Canada Iron Inc., an unlisted reporting issuer, changed its name to Humble & Fume Inc. and began trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange on June 16, 2021

A reverse takeover ("RTO") is a common avenue for accessing Canadian capital markets where a private company completes a business combination transaction (for example a merger or amalgamation) with a reporting issuer resulting in the shares of the resulting issuer being publicly traded.

Humble trades on the Canadian Securities Exchange ("CSE") under the ticker symbol “HMBL”.
